Delivery
How long with you take to process and dispatch my order?
I will process your order as quickly as possible but because I am a very small business, please allow up to 3 working days after I’ve received your payment to process and dispatch your order.
How long will postage take?
I use Royal Mail Tracked 24 when posting orders and they aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Please note a signature will be required on delivery.
Delays are likely because of the current circumstances in the UK so please wait a week from dispatch to receive your order before getting in contact.
Where can you post to?
Currently I am only posting orders to addresses situated within UK mainland. Please note that this means I can post to Northern Ireland but not the Republic of Ireland.
Please get in contact with me at hello@walkingprimrose.co.uk BEFORE ORDERING to see if it is possible for me to post to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, and the Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands (Postcodes starting with IM, GY, JE, some PO in the Isle of wight, some TR in the Isles of Scilly, IV, HS, ZE and some AB, KA, KW, PA and PH in the Scottish Highlands). I will try my very best but unfortunately I cannot guarantee that I will be able to post to these postcodes.
Returns
***PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS OF BEING DELIVERED OR WITH VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR OR DAMAGE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.***
Who pays for the return postage?
It is up to the customer to pay for the returning postage if they have changed their mind about the order. Unfortunately I cannot cover that cost and I am unable to offer refunds on postage paid for by the customer. I also thoroughly recommend posting with recorded delivery as I cannot be held accountable for items lost in the post. And please remember to get proof of postage when returning! However if the product arrives faulty/broken or you haven’t received the correct order, I will email you a free returns postage label to use.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 72 hours after I have received the returned order for me to process your refund.
Can I exchange my item?
Regrettably I am unable to exchange items. However, if you would rather a different product you are able to return your order for a refund and then place a new order. Your items must be returned unworn and with no damage within 14 days of it being delivered.
Can I return earrings?
You can if they are unworn and in perfect condition (with no sign of damage!).
What if my item arrives faulty?
I understand that it is possible for the jewellery to arrive damaged due to transit. I do ensure the pieces are thoroughly protected so they are ready for transit but should this happen to you, please don't hesitate to get in contact with me as soon as possible including pictures of the damage at hello@walkingprimrose.co.uk.
